to give you an idea about the amount of caffeine I drank on a daily basis:
One pot of coffee in the morning(about four large mugs)
One to three vente starbucks
One to three 20oz mountain Dews
Four to six Diet Cokes

That was every day. And I had been doing it for about...eight years? prior to that it wasn't AS bad, maybe half as many cans of soda, but still as much coffee.
And insofar as I know, that much stimulants is bad on your liver, kidneys and other assorted internal workings. I know a doctor told me I would probably do less damage to my liver if I became an alcoholic.
