Yea I try to do that but my emotions tend to be more volcanic then anything. The sit and boil til I explode. Like the other night when I flipped on everyone. I had just found out my cousins mom died I was fighting with skyler and darc started in on how immature skyler was being and reaper was trying to talk to me I had dishes to do and was tired and I wasn't being heard at all on my book when I repeated multiple times it was not done and no one was paying attention.
