We've dealt with them for yyeeeaars, and they drop the ball all the time. We called them yesterday, and we're going to call them again today, but usually, they just kind of leave the machines to do it until the weekdays start again. OTL

So I'm just gonna bitch and moan about it until something is fixed. xDD
