So can someone fill me in on what has happened so far in the story? Just the basics so I have an idea of what's going on. ^^ When I was here last, there was this event:

Televisions all around Tokyo broadcast a message from the Skull Hunter's leader. A dark figure propped behind a desk with a voice that was altered with a bit of a mechanical tone to mask the real identity of this person. The images that were broadcast were those of skulls being captured and transported to a facility located in New Tokyo. There was even images of skulls laying dead in the streets as a clear message for those who would resist. Nothing more then fear campaign, but one could not help but wonder. What was this facility they were taking these captured skulls and what were they doing to them?
