Steak... if you aren't drowning it in sauces is actually not bad for you though. Better for you almost rare though, if it's a good cut and prepared right.

It's the opposite for me really, everybody's body is made differently so their health meal will varies depending how healthy your body is and what your body needs to have daily. I don't like Medium rare. I always cooked that for him but mine have to have fully cooked of well done with no pink in it since it's hard for me to chew if it's still pink in it. I drink a lot of water and less sodas and a lot of tea, juices, different meal that's good for me at the same time, I have picky taste buds. :/ My body is easily burn calories especially in my sleep.
