"People acting weird?" The shopkeeper asked. "Sort of.All day I've had people coming in here saying they needed to defend themselves,but they'd never tell me who or what was putting them in danger." Garrett and Ein exchanged glances,both young men wondering if they should tell the man what was going on. "You might not believe me if I tell you." Ein said as he was loading his Glocks. "Try me." Was the shopkeepers reply. "There are people out there - well,they used to be people.They're zombies now,and they're eating people." Garrett said nothing and loaded his shot gun.The shopkeeper burst out laughing and slapped his knee in amusement. "Shoot,boy.I thought you were going to tell me something serious." Garrett sighed. "This is serious." The dark haired young man insisted. "Haven't you heard all the moaning outside? Or seen anybody walking around with pale,cracked-looking skin?" Ein asked. The shopkeeper finally stopped laughing. "I haven't seen or heard anything like that,but you boys take care." The two young men left the shop and returned to the car.
