I have to warn you about that sauce. Because, my boyfriend PUTS too MUCH SAUCE on his steak plus that sauce have a lot of sodium so, don't put too much same thing for the MSG. If you wanted to be healthy just try not to put way too much. Soy sauce do have high percentage of sodium. >_>;
