When Nic woke he was swaddled in three blankets and found he couldn't move. "Sorry," Laurel apologized as she noticed he was awake, "But I knew you'd insist on walking all the way to the juttle," she explained.

Upon further inspection of the room it became aware that all of Nic's things had been packed up in boxes. Laurel was just sealing up the last box.
