i think before you start doing anything as specialized as chibis, you want to work on your own style and skill

first of all, on tablet drawing. unless you're just doing rough sketches of character designs or something similar try not to get the "hairy line" look that's going on here. I discourage doing this in ANY drawing, weather it's rough sketches or planning or wot. just try to stop it, now. go for an even, straight single line, or at most a couple of lines.

when practicing proportion, don't be afraid to use models. google images of people in certain clothing or positions to practice on those. try to make your proportion practices compositinoally interestnig to look at, otherwise you could lose interest quickly

'ok' is a relative term. i'll say these images aren't ok because they are not interesting and have several flaws. but it's not like you don't have talent, because you obviously do. just keep working at it.
