I agree a bit with Espy regarding the first one, unless there's another piece to compare it to, the definition of good can be viewed differently.
But seeing that I don't use a tablet -stares at the tablet sitting in it's box still in bubble wrap-.. I am not huge into criticizing other people's work so feel free to ignore what I post.

And also depends on the pose your going for, to me the boobs look in portion but to be honest, you don't need the extra detail concerning the left breast which might make the boob look higher up, only show that detail if the pose is like a side pose or if your not going to show the left arm.

the waist.. good heavens.. what is it with people thinking us females are like super skinny.. :o I think we honestly would like that but unless we're all forcing ourselves to puke after each meal.. I would say, give her a tiny bit more of a waist or else she better enjoy her ribs sticking out {which I honestly don't.. I'm not skinny but I can feel my ribs quite easily and it always freaks me out}

For the chibi- I honestly don't do chibis. :/ I would say, to locate chibi references and study those.
