There was a raffle during the User Appreciation Event last year. The prizes ranged from a couple thousand aurum to Runes and old DIs and Beta items like an Anka Set. There were tickets sold during the event for 250 aurum each and 2 runes each. There were also 10-packs of tickets sold for 2.5k each and 20 runes each. Most of the items were taken from banned accounts.

As Nikko said, though, any future raffles would occur only at the behest of Senior Staff like Fen, Suze, and possibly Ashy... but I wouldn't bother them about it. Wouldn't want to risk angering them.
