She took in a breath and rolled her eyes open. It took a few seconds for her vision to adjust and she squinted. The light from the sun had been on her for some time and it was hurting her vibrant but pale eyes. The girl turned away from it and let the pain ease away... and she noticed she was in the car alone. Her wheelchair was behind the other seat, laying on the floor beside her. Her eyes slowly sifted through the scenery of the surprisingly clear alleyway until she saw that man, Ryan, pacing around near the entrance of the alleyway where it met with a sidewalk. She eased up a bit, though it was not very noticeable. The skin on her shoulder was starting to burn... how long had she been asleep? Or in this place, for that matter?
