OH COOL!!! I had never thought of that Ari!!! Like I new to do all those things (Has REALLY bad ankles and has twisted them MANY times over) but it had never occurred to me that it spelled rice...Lols

Also, it sometimes helps my ankles to do heat and ice...alternating once I start to loose feeling due to the ice, I heat it up until my heating pad goes cold...

On a lighter side note...I used to adore the game Man Hunt!!!
