They've been doing it to people since 2011, with the IRS backing them, so I'm not getting anywhere =A=
I asked them what the hell the "issue" with my account was all of a sudden ( because before today, I could do what I needed to with it, without a problem ) and they just sent me an automated response about how to send the goddamn information in that I cannot give them, instead of telling me what the problem they ran into was. kljsdhflkdhjasflaskj
