Why is it this game sounds like something I looked into ages ago... hrm..
I'll see if I can help as well, theres not too many older games with dwarfs so maybe you'll be in luck in finding the title. The one I'm thinking of isn't a digging game though but it has dwarfs xD (also not on the pc).
