"I do not come for information. I come with a message from one of Toxic Ryuujins to yours." She paused, for a moment, letting the words sink in. "You may say you don't care about other faction affairs, but you should realize that it is the foundation of our weakness. Without the Emperor, Skulls have been falling apart, and Skull Hunters are snooping down from the sky, to tear each of us apart and then feast on us. Like this, we are weak. I heard that Punishers have already suffered quite a few casualties in just one fight. However, if it hadn't been just one handful of Skulls, but many of them, the outcome would've been a lot different, because we are better than them..." Her glance went to Chloe, then Ashton, as she trailed off in meaningful silence.

"That you know your selves, though." Akemi suddenly broke the silence again. "My point is that Shadow Mask is calling all Ryuujins and their factions for a meeting, in neutral settings, to discuss the threat that Skull Hunters are imposing. And it is a threat, as we all know, no matter how you would deny it on surface. The time and place... Will be given, after you have delivered the message. We will know if you don't and the loss would only be your factions."

"I really want coffee right now," Akemi thought as her sight slightly fogged. Another pain wave was going to hit soon. She should leave before that occurs. But before that, she would hear what they had to say.
