Makoto stood her ground, refusing to move back as the officer approached her. She glanced at her MP7, and tested the man's words. She pulled the trigger, but no bullets fired. ...Strange. My gun was working awhile ago. She kept the gun pointed at the officer's head, hiding any sign of surprise from the officer.

"I'm sure the Hunters wouldn't have fired at a police officer if the said officer wasn't inside a Skull Gang's base." Makoto paused. If my gun isn't working, then close-quarters-combat would be the only thing that would work. However... She stole a quick glance at the dead bodies of the Skull Hunters. ...seeing what damage he's done to those unfortunate Hunters, I'm putting myself at a huge disadvantage.
