Her breathing was silent and she felt completely relaxed in her sleep. The sound of waves hitting the sides of the boat were calming, putting a vision of the ocean into her dream. Nothing had bothered her up to this point until she heard a familiar voice yelling. She began to stir, the ocean in her dream churning and twisting into a black vortex covered in a clear slime.

She felt her chest tighten and she frowned, turning onto her side and opening her eyes. Everything was blurry except for the sound of Tami struggling and demanding an explanation. She wouldn't lie, she was kind of hoping for the same thing. The last thing she recalled was sipping on juice while Tami spoke about the men at the party, and then she went down. She thought she'd fallen ill from the traveling but it must have been a drug. Her stomach churned again and she winced.
