Haha, isn't that generally how it is? I've only heard a few stories about what my parents did when they were young and if those are the mild ones they're allowed to tell, my parents did some serious screwing around with their lives. It's like when they get older they have this weird "you're just as bad as I am" attitude and then take out shit they probably feel about themselves on you.

I figure I'll do all right. I've been the scapegoat/punching bag for my family's issues since I was a kid. She's the baby of the family so I think she'll do all right as long as they're just focusing it on it being my fault. As long as she gets out of it with where she wants to be in life and in relation to my parents I'll live.
