well, he called in asking for someone who could 'help' him out because he 'failed' to activate his self-install devices...and he mentioned that he was tech-smart and had a high IQ...I was all, "If you're so smart then why did you fail this?" but it was all in my head.
he yelled at me because of his own failure, and as part of my job, I just did what I needed to do.
