I saw you were talking about losing weight on the previous page.
Breakfast is actually vital to this, as it boosts your metabolism. If you have nothing in your stomach to start the day until lunch, your body has nothing to metabolize. Even if it's just some yogurt or a piece of toast like Gall said, it will really make a difference. I should know because I always waited until I got home from school to eat and I ended up gaining weight. (The excess weight is gone now because I eat three meals a day n__n)
I just thought I should point that out :3
