I don't think there's any food assistance set up in UK at all. Anyone unemployed gets an bi-weekly allowance that covers food and other needs.

Yea, I know. I get chewed out for bringing the food I like in, even if I purchase it with my own money all because my grandmother whines wanting it. :/ Sometimes I wonder if I'm living with a two year old, she'll throw a fit if I don't give over something I bought for myself to eat cause there's tons of foods she and my grandfather enjoys that I don't.
