Yup, thats the one I had seen.

I've also seen the one where they talk about the seven layers of hell.
And oh, yeah, most of ALL religion is scare tactics. Not to get too in to it [religion is an iffy subject AS is it xD] but thats how most of the Pagans were turned to Christianity. By scaring them shitless.
