Asmai dear you need to get some help. Purging causes the acid from the stomach to erode your esophagus, you could potentially kill you self. It is not just the bulimia that you need help for, you need help for your entire life. Your parents probably believe the faith is the answer but you need to talk to a professional like a therapist or a social worker. Your general attitude about your life and from what I hear sounds like a person trapped in a domestic violence relationship except it is with your family.

Not only that but if you have to sink to Bulimia to deal with your body image issues then you really need to talk to some one, and not just a community of on line strangers. You really need some sort of help.
