@Xun, could you tell me a little more about your ACER, I'm rather interested in it.

@Rose, well I'm looking to spend no more than $800.00 for it...a little over if I'm going for the tablet/all in one combo. Yea most have recommended laptops although I started out looking at all on one desktops.

We're both students, she doesn't game...so we're both looking to do general work (word docs, some excel, powerpoint) a far amount of photoshopping, general surfing... possibly one mmo, move streaming and music streaming(all from youtube or something like it.) for here and that is all.

Personally I don't know how you build one, although I know someone that does it...I'm not sure if it would be possibility due to distance.
