Makoto arrived at ground zero. The former residential area was cluttered with rubble and fallen civilians. The police, biohazard squads, and emergency teams were scattered throughout the area.

Makoto walked towards a biohazard supply truck, and took a gas mask from the back. The mask seemed to only cover the face, and several straps looped around the back to secure it onto a person's face. She put the mask on, and walked towards one of the buildings.

Makoto spotted the bandanna-wearing officer she encountered earlier. "Hello officer. What exactly happened here?"
