lololol Teemo buff. I didn't think he needed buffing, but I didn't realize that the toxic shot damage was bugged either. I can't wait to see what exactly they do to move quick and the mushrooms, because Teemo doesn't seem to be in any patch notes I can find. They're apparently making Wit's End more expensive though. ;A; I love that item. I don't want it to be expensive.

The Kayle buff sounds pretty good. I haven't played Kayle a whole lot but I might a little more now. Her heal was way too weak before and hopefully this helps.
