An explosion rocks the residential area of the slums in the old part of Tokyo. The cries of mothers calling for their children and children calling out for their parents can be heard throughout the ally ways. But all falls quite as toxic fumes muffle and silence the cries forever. The police and fire teams have appeared as close as the can to the scene to try and contain the madness. And after several hours of poison control and fire control the police are finally able to get to ground zero of the explosion which used to be an old apartment building that housed hundreds of families. The horrors they find effect even the most seasoned of officers.

Who is responsible? Why attack innocent people? Are only a few of the questions that have no answers. It is up to the police to find out and like it or not the skulls are going to find out as well and god help who ever is responsible if either of them finds them.
