For one! Seriously... why don't people smile in photos anymore?

Two... Pink - they usually won't do in a salon. I tried. They have to have that color there ~ usually... Thankfully I had a friend who owned one that helped me out, but usually they only do color they already carry, and I can tell you pink is not usually one of them.
