It's called people being stupid.....I can count some idiot almost causing a decent wreck (I was the car directly behind said idiot) who stopped short and forced me to slam on brakes and the two vehicles behind me to swerve to avoid hitting. Another who moved over into my lane, no turn signal, and oh, it was night, therefore dark and harder to see.
