Its really, really bad. xDD;
Even toast crust is too much for me, and I end up either HATING myself for even having that, or, I go for a looooooooong walk after to make sure its all gone.

Ask Zane. Its bad.

I work out for hours on end [and they're not easy workouts, either..]I dont eat dinner, unless its a small portion out of my toddler bowl, and I generally just.. meh. xD I dont know.
