Brute? That's a first. She laughed at the thought of indirectly being called a brute. She stood outside of the coffee shop for a few moments, contemplating on her next move.

I don't feel like going to the HQ anymore. I'll head back to the apartment to grab some more equipment... She sighed. ...I think I underestimated my potential targets.

Makoto took a turn into another alleyway, several blocks away from the construction site where she met Kyd. She took out the cartridge from her handgun. "Hm...ten bullets left. Plus two cartridges of twelve. Enough for a small confrontation, but I hope I don't run into a group of Skulls." She reloaded the ten-bullet cartridge, and holstered the gun into her shoulder holster. She put on her jacket, and continued on her way.
