hmm I like evolving char's where they create a background as they go. If the player's and GM agrees. What about I have a char that is a misplaced/outcast in the vampire skulls, Doesn't realize it till she really has a talent to control fire but cause her talent is discovered so late it is, or can be over looked by the Fire Skulls. But then someone can help her to make it stronger and invite her to the Fire skulls starting at the bottom of the ranks.

Her Goal is to survive by all means, while personally enjoying it with a smile of her own that the vampires could have never given her.

All this staying at Small Gang member not unless the gang members and former Ryuujin's believe she deserves a better rank.
