They can't, at least I don't think so. I asked another user about the person the PM'd me, and she said that the person in question hasn't even been on this site for that long, and is on this huge ego trip, and that she thinks she runs the place. Sounds like she was right on the money, because every time I see this person post, there is this air of snobbery, like she thinks she's one better than everyone else. I reported her PM to a mod anyway. I was like 'Stuff that, I don't have to take that BS from someone on a power trip'.

Sometimes people are just like that not to sure why though o.o
