They are kinda hard to explain, but for one event it acted as like a daily chance item, except you could do it once every 10(?) minutes or so. Ahh I see. How do you know when an event is starting? Is there some kind of announcement? And lols, I couldn't resist :p Saw wings and thought 'must.....have......wingies....' so, are the wings I have the monthly items?
