So...that is a policeman. Hayate watched as the man walked away. And that order...He'd better keep an eye open for police and hunters, now more than ever. But the regulations had never been so strict before...

This guy was pretty lenient, though. The nearby (when had she gotten so close?!) girl didn't seem to be, however. She was yet another person Hayate had never seem before. Was she another police, or...?
