@Nikko~ By all means. The tech skulls can do anything with technology/electronics. Hell I'd go as far to think maybe a Ryuujin tech skull could be like part cyborg or be able to you use electricity in a cool way or something. Or a master hacker, or someone who builds robots and controls then from a safe distance mhmm.

Techs have the most potential. But to be fair each gang does. ITs only limited by what you can imagine. I'm just trying not to make another character XD
