Yeah, but what can I say? They just don't have the same appeal to me anymore. That, and I much prefer fanfiction. So much more limitless and not having to be pissed that the authors/creators don't have your favourite pairing/couple together. >w<

Heh. I like to be well aware of a fanfic's source material before really reading. I'm pretty easy going but I get annoyed when people mangle the characters. Seriously, if one is going to change the characters to rediculous preportions (like a smart guy going dumb jock) for no good reason, why bother writing fanfiction? That what's original stories are for! Or OC's if one must. I'd rather an original character in a fanfiction over a mangled pre-existing one.
