THE RULES


Everybody's shop has to have 'em: RULES
Mine may seem a little strict, but it is because I have been scammed and people have taken my generosity and screwed me over too many times in the past. So, now I have a bunch of rules. Sorry. I may lighten these up as I get more acquainted with Tris and her userbase ^_^ For now, please just see the rules for what they are- Guidelines to help keep things moving smoothly :3

1. Follow the Trisphee ToS at ALL TIMES

2. Play nicely with the other children and kittehs and puppehs and any other race of being you encounter here.

3. My Thread- My Word is LAW- if this becomes my permanent shop, my Mods word will be LAW, as well. If have any questions, please feel free to ask me or one of my helpful Staff members :3

4. Please, no cross selling in my thread (that is when someone is talking to another person in my thread solely for the purpose of selling or buying- BUT NOT FROM/WITH ME). You don't want to do business with me? That's fine- just take you conversation elsewhere.

5. If you are asked to leave the thread by me or any of my shop Staff, you MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE. Failure to comply means I will drag a Mod in here faster than you can blink. C'mon, people- THIS IS TRISPHEE, and we are better than the other avatar sites because we know how to be civil towards each other. Think of it this way: if you behave the way a Trisphian is expected to behave, you won't ever need to worrry about being asked to leave. It's pretty simple ^_^ If you have been asked to leave, then you must speak with me in private about what happened. Miscommunication and misunderstanding are the two biggest problem creators- but are rarely mentioned during conflict resolution.
***If, and ONLY if you and I can't come to a peaceful resolution, you will be banned from my shop. I don't like to ban people, but I also don't like unnecessary bullshit in my threads. I WILL NOT BAN SOMEONE WITHOUT TALKING WITH THEM ABOUT IT IN PRIVATE

6. Think carefully before you make an offer. If I *REALLY* like the offer and I accept it, don't pull out.
**If I have not acknowledged your offer yet, you may edit you post by [strike] [ /strike] code (no spaces in the code) over your original post, then post why you are backing out. (I like to keep things neat and orderly here ^_^)

7. *** IF I HAVE ALREADY ACCEPTED YOUR OFFER, NO CANCELLATIONS. IF YOU ABSOLUTELY *MUST* CANCEL (You no longer have the funds and/or items(s) to complete your offern) AFTER I HAVE ACCEPTED, THERE WILL BE A 25% CHARGE FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. This will be discussed in private, as well.
*** You will also be put on a sort of probation, decided on a case-by-case basis.
*** Probation is "Black List Lite"
