I like your requirements - they are very sane. I am often busy my self, but I can post every 3 days or so, for sure.
I love to make ideas, too (have some posted in my role play search thread) and I like your were cat one (because I am quite into feline shapeshifter/spirit tribe, etc. ideas).
I have this character I would love to develop from really random fantasy character to something more firm, but uhm, first tell me if there is something you're 'craving' to do.
