I know about that, Asami. I'm small myself (just barely a 36B,) but know a number of larger breasted women and the jokes that abound. Two of my relatives have had breast reductions. The scars are underneath the breasts on the bottom following the natural curve, and one did have her nipples moved. I think it's a fairly routine thing but there are risks with every surgery and your doctor is obliged to tell you them all. It might sound scarrier than it really is.
