"I wouldn't have.. it would have to be removed sooner or later." He was just more or less putting off what needed to be done and he knew that. Sure he had to admit the wound already felt better, at least he could breath without wincing each breath. Though that didn't mean he was happy with Mizuki doing this, he would have rather the other waited till he was recovered more to do such a thing. Aside from that he disliked the idea of magic altogether. Even if at one time he did tell Mizuki he'd have to learn to control whatever powers he had.. to tell the truth he dreaded that day more then having to deal with all of this.

He never said a word when Mizuki spoke reminding him that he said he wasn't going anywhere. Though that also means he didn't tell him that he was pretty much forced and dragged to leave his side in the first place. No instead of making up a excuse as to why he wasn't there he just said that he was sorry.

Sure he could explain that it wasn't his choice but still he didn't see the point in fighting it that much. Not after Mizuki just pretty much saved his life.. again. Though he was glad the other seemed to be going back to sleep when he noticed that his eyes were closing. That was a good sign at the least.
