Unfortunately for you, my soul is already quite tormented already. Oh how the cracks upon it do spread and splinter. The ether of my inner self slips away, and my physical being wanders about as but a husk, void of the vibrancy so abundant in others. The cracks do mend with time, and the ether does replenish. However, it is so for but a brief time, as more tragedy, betrayal, and self-loathing begins the process anew. At times I do wonder how long until I will be shattered completely, and all that is left is the cold embrace of the great unknown. Perhaps that time is a great distance away. Perhaps it shall come tomorrow. Alas, it is not for me to know. For now, I can only repeat the cycle of inner death and rebirth, until the time does come when I am to turn to dust.
