as far as travel maybe a gateway? like the rabbits hole effect but maybe there are different gates and everything though some require you to do tasks and everything to get through them or get permission granted to pass through them .

for the human realm id say they'd look and be human over there. At most they may be similar in looks to their other form just be human. But i think over in that world the powers wouldn't be active or if they are they are very very minor powers that can be used.
