[Suzerain of Sheol]

Hello, there. :)

So glad you could make it, especially in these desperate times. I know you're all concerned about finding enough food and water to last out this famine, but perhaps I could interest some of your in a certain collection of glyph-carved stones I've recently come into...

I'm not going to just give them to you, though. No, we're going to have a grand contest. Two, actually!

Art Contest

For this part of the contest, you'll have to submit a drawing (or other visual medium) of a scene involving the event characters. You can be as silly or serious as you want, and even bring in other NPCs if you'd like, as long as you include at least two from the current event.

Entries will be judged on both the overall quality of their work and how accurate/entertaining (either or) the scene submitted is.

Rules are as follows:

• 1 entry per person
• Keep entries PG-13
• PM entries to me (Suzerain of Sheol) and after to checking them over, I'll collect them in the following post so everyone can see what's being done.
• Entries are final, make sure the one you submit is your best work.

Prizes

The winner of the art contest will receive 100 Runes as a prize!!!

The runner-up will receive a prizes of 5,000 Aurum.

Writing Contest

For those you of you more literarily-inclined, the writing contest is the place for you! Much like the above, write a scene or skit involving the characters from the event, either serious or played for laughs, but try to stay in-character at all times.

Entries will judged on the quality of the writing, how closely the characters match their established personalities, and the creativity of the scene overall.

Rules are as follows:

• 1 entry per person
• Keep entries PG-13
• PM entries to me (Suzerain of Sheol) and after to checking them over, I'll collect them in the following post so everyone can see what's being done.
• Entries are final, make sure the one you submit is your best work.
• Submissions should be between 500 and 1500 words.

Prizes

The winner of the writing contest will also receive 100 Runes as a prize!!!

The runner-up will, likewise, receive a prizes of 5,000 Aurum


Deadline

To be announced, but broadly, the end of the event. I will update the thread with a definitive date as we get closer to it.
