basic run-down, from my req thread on solia:

→ Set in the city of __(Ineedanamepls)__, the society shows a clear separation between the classes. One is either super rich or super poor, and will be either shot down or up if they are in between the two, depending on their connections and how well they struggle to survive. It's either go high or go die. Everyone goes by aliases. One instinctively learns their true name at a certain age, the pivotal point in their life. Usually happens around the age of 20. True names are almost never shared with anyone; one wrong move and it could very well be the end. In this society of paranoia and distrust, the organization headed by yomi aims to collect as many names as possible with promises of revolutionizing the society...
