Both: (Because I only wanna type this once). Autumn gathered us around and read off our penetration levels. I had 39% as of last night. I told her I ask everyone and she said "Asking isn't the only way to get rewards". Today she did evaluations. When she went to go over it with me, she pulled me into a secluded room, locked room. She said my over all week was 49%. Then she verbally attacked me telling me how I clearly am not trying. She said if I was asking my levels would be higher. She said even if I was trying she would get it but that the numbers clearly indicate I'm not. Today, I asked everyone except like two or three people because I got distracted. She was going on saying how we've constantly talked about this and that she knows this isn't the dream job and that I still should put in my best. She kept going on and on in this tone that made me feel threaten. Bob nor Mike were there so I didn't get to hear what the resolution is.

I'm going in tomorrow to talk with whatever manager is on, even if I have to talk to Tim about this all. I'm absolutely pissed. I was crying on my way home and I was still crying up to about an hour ago.
