Plus they tend to destroy their own world without a second thought about it." He shrugged a little at the thought. Sure there were some who cared but not enough to make a true difference.

As far as time period went this realm was far older then the humans. Maybe thats why this world had rules or a attempt at rules in place to keep the world from being destroyed.
