I've got a small case of Isolophobia, which basically means when it gets really silent, I tend to feel as though I'm alone with myself (even if someone is in the room with me). And in these cases I tend to berate myself stupid, so the one thing I have to do is make it less silent, or find something that takes all of my attention. I even have to sleep with music playing, unless of course I can hear someone breathing...
