i think naturally is easier on the body to tell the truth, your body was designed for it or rather if you can do it that way. Sure i guess more pain is in it but it could be worse.. x'D

as far as weights go i was like 5.7 i think haha i was tiny ~still am..~ Kano was like 9 and his brother was 10 xD
